We began this year with a training seminar for all our workers in Kanto (Greater Tokyo Area) We had Michael Essenburg from CAJ come and give us a coaching seminar. The time together also included YWAM's new pray for the mission on the first Thursday of the month.David also helped us with a cool team building game and we wrapped up watching a video that also had many good team building concepts in the story, especially when working with people from different cultures.
