I t was Rhonda's birthday a few years ago s I took her out for coffee at my favourite coffee shop in Tokyo - Tulley's. I had been there many, many times and the staff all knew me, so I told them it was Rhonda's birthday and ordered coffee for both of us. I go t my coffee quickly but Rhonda's seemed to take a bit longer and I found out why when they bought it to the table and sang happy birthday to her,
